No forced smiles. No awkward poses.
 

For years I photographed actors and celebrities. Everything was polished, retouched, and made to look perfect. That’s not what I do anymore.
 

I shoot in black and white because it feels more like memory. High contrast, no heavy retouching — just the moment as it actually happened. Colour can sometimes get in the way. Black and white strips things back to what matters.
 

I won’t arrange you into positions. I won’t ask everyone to smile on three. I won’t make you perform for the camera. If you want that kind of photography, I’m probably not the right person.

What I do instead is simple.
 

I spend time with you — on a walk along the seafront, at home, or during a normal day — and I photograph what’s already there. The real expressions. The in-between moments. The small things that usually get missed.
 

You don’t need to dress up. You don’t need matching outfits. You don’t need to know what to do.

You just need to be there.
